Unsere Yoga Stile entspringen dem Hatha Yoga, dem Yoga der körperlichen Praxis. Mit uns kannst du dein daily Workout gestalten. Kräftigende und schweißtreibende Sequenzen gehören ebenso an die Tagesordnung wie die Steigerung von Elastizität und Flexibilität.

Flow & Restore

The physical practice of yoga was originally developed to allow us to sit in meditation comfortably. Asanas are only a small (but important) part of the wider spectrum of yoga. While an asana practice can be extremely beneficial, to reap the full benefits it is important to incorporate meditation and pranayama into your practice. This class aims to do exactly that. We’ll begin with Pranayama (breathwork), move on to flows before settling into meditation in this class. Banish the Monday blues! 

Suitable for all levels. Particularly for:

  • Those focussing on only the physical practice of yoga
  • Those who see yoga as a mere form of exercise
  • Anyone who’s not tried meditation before

This class is taught in English.

Chakra & Energy Yoga 

We are all energy bodies. When energy gets stuck or fixed it causes pain. 

 This class will focus on realigning, cleansing and balancing our chakras: our energy centers, resulting in better physical, emotional and mental health. You can expect an exploration of the chakra system weaved into traditional Hatha yoga poses along with Pranayama (breathwork) and a short chakra meditation at the end. Through this we will learn to listen to the subtle messages our bodies and souls send us. Don’t be surprised if you feel like you’re floating on air after the class :)

 

Suitable for all levels. Particularly for:

  • Seekers interested in our Energy System
  • Sceptics. It's not all woo-woo ;)

Strong Flow 


Eine Stunde Power für Schultern, Rücken & Bauch. Während viele Yoga Flows vor allem die Beine beanspruchen, fordert dieser Kurs besonders den Oberkörper und hilft so gegen Haltungsprobleme und Büro-Rückenschmerzen. Wie immer mit Fokus auf Atem und kleinen Weisheiten für zwischendurch. Für alle Yogi-Level geeignet (Optionen werden zur Verfügung gestellt).

Candle Light Yin & Nidra

Going in and finding aliveness in our stillness. A super cozy class which will leave you feeling nourished, relaxed and with a warm feeling in your hearts. We start with a Yin practice, holding poses for a longer period of time to get a deep tissue stretch and relax the nervous system. The class ends with Yoga Nidra: an extended body scan. It's like getting a warm hug from a loved one! This class is taught in English.

Flow wird auch als der Zustand völliger Versunkenheit in eine Tätigkeit bezeichnet. Beim YOGA ON BEAT kannst du dich durch die Musik noch mehr auf dich und deine Yoga Praxis konzentrieren. 

Dynamische und abwechslungsreiche Yoga Flow Sequenzen werden im Takt der Musik geübt und erlauben dir so noch tiefer abzutauchen.

Yin & Yang

 Too much yang will cause us to crash while too much yin will cause us to stagnate. The aim is to balance our yin and yang energies. Activate and Surrender. Energize and Relax. The class will begin calmly to help us reground, move onto more energizing sequences before returning to a softer, gentler mode.

Candle Light Yin & Sleep Trance

 We were not programmed to be in action mode 24/7. Modern day lifestyles rarely offer natural breaks. Rest and recuperation is extremely important for our wellbeing. 

A nourishing and relaxing practice designed to turn our senses inward and help activate our parasympathetic nervous system (Rest & Digest system). We will hold poses for a longer time, positively stressing our connective tissues in yin style, the benefits of which are many. 

The second segment of the class is designed to send you into deep levels of relaxation: a trance-like state, using visualisation, body scan and affirmations. All of this while being immersed in the glow of candles.

Slow Flow

Für jeden der Schwierigkeiten hat, einen Vinyasa Flow zu folgen. In der Yogastunde bewegen wir uns sanft, leicht und langsam und halten auch mal eine Haltung länger. Dabei dehnen und stärken wir unseren Körper aus einer Leichtigkeit heraus und du hast genug Zeit die Bewegung zu verinnerlichen. Komme aus dem Kopf in den Körper und spüre. Jeder ist hier willkommen. 

Yoga Dance Flow

Beim YOGA DANCE FLOW werden klassische Yoga Asanas mit Bewegungen aus dem Modern Dance kombiniert. 

Contract, Release, Schwünge, Balancepositionen und lyrische Attribute vereinen sich mit der Atmung und den Yoga Elementen zu einem Flow auf einen festen Song. 

Musik hat eine wahnsinnige Kraft, sie kann uns pushen und berühren. Wir können zur Ruhe kommen, abschalten oder neue Stärke finden und Energie auftanken. 

Genau diese Kraft nutzen wir und lassen die Musik zum Ausgangspunkt unserer Bewegungen werden. 

Vinyasa Flow

Fließende Bewegungen, die den gesamten Körper beanspruchen und gleichzeitig stärken und dehnen. Manchmal etwas schneller, sodass die Kondition herausgefordert wird, manchmal etwas langsamer um jeden Muskel zu spüren - aber immer mit Fokus auf einer bewussten Atmung. Für alle Yogi-Level geeignet (Optionen werden zur Verfügung gestellt).

Samstag Strong & Sweaty

 Start your weekend right - with a power yoga style flow that is designed to build strength in the body and resilience in the mind. This practice will make you challenge yourself physically and focus the monkey mind. Specifically structured to counteract modern life posture problems from excessive sitting, computer and phone use. Suited for all yogi levels (options will be given). 

Weekend Yoga I Relax, Renew & Refresh

Do you find yourself counting down hours to the weekend, week after week. Do you find yourself completely exhausted at the end of the week? This class is a wholesome medley of different aspects of yoga to help you achieve physical, mental and emotional ease. The practice will include Pranayama, Asanas, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. 

 

Suitable for all levels. Particularly for:

  • Those feeling a bit run down 
  • Those who like a little bit of this and a little bit of that :)

This class is taught in English.

 Full Moon Special (Monthly)

 
The full moon depicts completion, fullness and endings. The moon is pouring down energy and we should be in a calm and collected state to receive it effectively. It is a time to take stock: reflect, review, release and renew. 
This special class will include Energy Medicine Techniques, Moon Salutations, Pranayama, a brief Reflect & Release ritual. Asanas will focus on preservation of energy, grounding, restoration and detoxifying. There will be a longer than usual Savasana to include body scanning. This class is taught in English. 

Lunch Reset  

 45 minute midday reset for the body & mind. While sweating minimally we’ll focus on posture balancing movements to counteract too much sitting & typing followed by a short meditation to bring calmness to a stressful day. Suited for all yogi levels.
